慢性心力衰竭患者自我效能与自护能力的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的调查我院慢性心力衰竭患者自我效能及自护能力的相关性,通过以自我效能为基础的干预措施管理慢性心力衰竭患者,为相关工作提供科学参考。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月在我院就诊的144例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,采用自我效能量表及心力衰竭患者自护能力量表对患者进行评价,并分析自我效能与自护能力的相关性。结果144例患者自我效能评分总均分(6.62±1.39)分,自我护理能力平均得分(60.35±10.87)分。本组慢性心力衰竭患者自我效能与自我护理行动力、自我保健能力呈正相关性(P<0.05),与心力衰竭知识知情性无相关性(P>0.05)。结论提高慢性心力衰竭患者的自我效能,可增强其疾病治疗信心,提高自我护理能力水平。Objective To investigate the correlation of self-efficacy and self-care ability of patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital,and to manage patients with chronic heart failure through self-efficacy-based interventions to provide scientific reference for related work.Methods We selected 144 cases of patients with chronic heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 as a study object.The self-efficacy scale and self-care capacity scale for heart failure patients were used to evaluate patients and analyze the correlation of self-efficacy and self-care ability.Results The average self-efficacy score of 144 patients was(6.62±1.39)points,and the average self-care ability score was(60.35±10.87)points.The self-efficacy of patients with chronic heart failure was positively correlated with self-care activity and self-health care ability(P<0.05),and had no correlation with knowledge and informed understanding of heart failure(P>0.05).Conclusion Improving the self-efficacy of patients with chronic heart failure could enhance their confidence in treatment and improve their self-care ability.
