摘　　要：目的分析穴位按压下自由体位联合适度会阴保护对产妇分娩结局的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2018年12月我院收治的80例意愿自然分娩产妇为研究对象,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施穴位按压下自由体位联合适度会阴保护,比较两组分娩结局。结果研究组剖宫产率、侧切率、产后出血率、产钳助产率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组会阴裂伤严重程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位按压下自由体位联合适度会阴保护可有效降低剖宫产率、会阴撕裂率、侧切率及产钳助产率,提高产妇分娩的舒适性,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of free position under acupressure combined with moderate perineal protection in the delivery outcome of maternal.Methods To select 80 cases of maternal with wish of natural delivery who admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to December 2018 as a study object.They were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group received routine nursing.The study group performed free position under acupressure combined with moderate perineal protection.compare the delivery outcome was compared between the two group.Results The cesarean section rate,lateral episiotomy rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate,and forceps?delivery rate of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The severity of perineal laceration in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The free position under acupressure combined with moderate perineal protection could effectively reduce the cesarean section rate,perineal tear rate,side cut rate and forceps delivery rate,and improve the comfort of maternal delivery.Therefore,it is worth promoting.
