摘　　要：目的探讨术中保温护理在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年10月至2018年10月在我院接受妇科腹腔镜手术治疗的92例患者为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组术中行常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上加强术中保温护理。比较两组患者围术期体温变化、术后苏醒时间、尿量、凝血功能指标、术中低体温、术中寒战、术后并发症发生情况。结果试验组手术开始1 h、手术结束平均体温均高于对照组(P<0.05),术后苏醒时间短于对照组(P<0.05),尿量少于对照组(P<0.05);试验组活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组术中低体温、寒战及术后并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妇科腹腔镜手术患者加强术中保温护理,可降低术中低体温、寒战及术后并发症发生率,改善预后效果。Objective To explore the application effect of intraoperative nursing with heat preservation in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods To select 92 cases of patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 as a study object.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group received routine nursing during the operation.The experimental group strengthened intraoperative nursing with heat preservation on the basis of the control group.Perioperative changes in body temperature,postoperative awakening time,urine volume,index of coagulation function,intraoperative hypothermia,intraoperative chills,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The average body temperature of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group at 1 h and the end of surgery(P<0.05),the awakening time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the urine volume was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of activation partial thromboplastin and prothrombin time in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of intraoperative hypothermia,chills and postoperative complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive intraoperative nursing with heat preservation in patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic surgery could reduce the incidence of hypothermia,chills and postoperative complications,and improve the prognosis.
