摘　　要：目的新型静脉压测量装置测定周围静脉压准确性研究。方法选择2018年1—12月我院ICU收治的患者90例为研究对象,随机等分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者采用压力传感器测定法(压力法),研究组患者采用新型静脉压测量装置测定法,比较两组患者周围静脉压,判断采用新型静脉压测量装置测量周围静脉压的准确度;比较两组患者的测定时间、测定成本。结果新型静脉压测量装置与压力传感器测定法测量周围静脉压准确性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组患者的测定时间、测定成本均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用新型静脉压测量装置,方便快捷,成本低,不影响测量值准确性,值得临床推广。Objective To study the accuracy of measuring peripheral venous pressure by a new venous pressure measuring device.Methods To select 90 cases of patients admitted to ICU of our hospital from January to December 2018 as a study object.They were randomly divided into study group and control group.Patients in the control group were measured with pressure sensor(pressure method).Patients in the study group were measured with a new venous pressure measuring device to compare the peripheral venous pressure of patients of the two groups,and the accuracy of measuring the peripheral venous pressure by the new venous pressure measuring device was judged;As well as the measurement time and the measurement cost of the two groups of patients were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the accuracy of the measurement of peripheral venous pressure between the new venous pressure measuring device and the pressure sensor(P>0.05).The measurement time and the measurement cost in the study group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The new venous pressure measuring device was convenient and swift and low cost,and does not affect the accuracy of the measured value,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
