针刺联合固经丸治疗慢性肾衰竭合并崩漏疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺联合固经丸治疗慢性肾衰竭合并崩漏临床疗效。方法 80例慢性肾衰竭合并崩漏患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组给予针刺联合固经丸治疗,对照组给予静脉滴注白眉蛇毒血凝酶静治疗。比较两组临床疗效、控制出血时间和完全止血时间。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组控制出血时间和完全止血时间较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合固经丸治疗慢性肾衰竭合并崩漏患者临床疗效显著,止血效果优于单纯西药治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus Gujing pills in treating chronic renal failure coupled with menorrhagia.Method Eighty patients with chronic renal failure coupled with menorrhagia were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus Gujing pills,while the control group was given intravenous hemocoagulase.The clinical efficacy,time of controlling bleeding and hemostatic time were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate was 90.0%in the treatment group,higher than 77.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the time taken for controlling bleeding and hemostatic time in the treatment group were obviously shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture plus Gujing pills can produce significant efficacy in treating chronic renal failure coupled with menorrhagia,and the hemostatic effect is better than that of Western medication.
