不同浓度的臭氧水穴位注射治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察不同浓度的臭氧水穴位注射治疗肱骨外上髁炎临床疗效。方法 64例符合纳入标准的肱骨外上髁炎患者随机分为A组33例和B组31例。A组采用浓度为20 mg/L的臭氧水治疗,B组采用浓度为10 mg/L的臭氧水治疗。观察两组治疗前后Mayo肘关节功能评分(MEPS)变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后Mayo肘关节功能疼痛评分及总分较同组治疗前升高(P<0.05);Mayo肘关节功能关节活动度、关节稳定性、日常生活功能评分与同组治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组治疗后患者Mayo肘关节功能疼痛评分及总分高于B组(P<0.05);两组治疗后Mayo肘关节功能关节活动度、关节稳定性、日常生活功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组总有效率为84.9%,B组总有效率为61.3%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论臭氧水穴位注射有治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效,浓度为20 mg/L的臭氧水疗效优于10 mg/L。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture point injection of different concentrations of ozone water in treating external humeral epicondylitis.Method Sixty-four patients with external humeral epicondylitis meeting the diagnostic criteria were randomized to group A(33 cases)and group B(31 cases).Group A was treated with 20 mg/L ozone water and group B,with 10 mg/L ozone water.The Mayo Elbow Performance Score(MEPS)scores were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result The Mayo Elbow Performance Score pain score and total score increased in the two groups after treatment compared with before(P<0.05).The Mayo Elbow Performance Score joint activity,joint stability and activities of daily living scores had no statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the two groups(P>0.05).The Mayo Elbow Performance Score pain score and total score were higher in group A of patients than in group B after treatment(P<0.05).The Mayo Elbow Performance Score joint activity,joint stability and activities of daily living scores had no statistically significant post-treatment differences between the two groups(P>0.05).The total efficacy rate was 84.9%%in group A and 61.3%%in group B.there was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Ozone water is effective in treating external humeral epicondylitis,and 20 mg/L ozone water can produce more significant efficacy than 10 mg/L ozone water.
