全程优质护理在门诊纤维鼻咽镜检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察优质护理在门诊纤维鼻咽喉镜检查中的作用。方法随机选择我院门诊纤维鼻咽喉镜室行纤维鼻咽喉镜检查的患者120例。随机分为常规护理组和优质护理组,每组60例,比较两组之间患者检查不适感的差异,比较两组检查一次性通过率的差异。结果优质护理组患者不适感VAS评分低于一般护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);优质护理组患者一次性通过率高于一般护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论全程优质护理能降低门诊纤维鼻咽喉患者检查中的不适感,提高检查一次性通过率,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of quality nursing care in the fibrolaryngoscope examination.Methods In the outpatient department of our hospital,120 patients were randomly selected for the fibrolaryngoscope examination.The patients were randomly divided into routine care group(group I)(N=60)and quality care group(group II)(n=60),The differences of patients’discomfort during examination between the two groups were compared,and the differences of one-time pass rate between the two groups were compared.Results the VAS score of patients with discomfort in the group II was lower than that in the group I,(P<0.05);The one-time pass rate of patients in the group II was higher than that in the groupI,(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-course quality nursing can reduce the discomfort in the patients tested by fibrolaryngoscope examination,and improve the one-time pass rate of examination,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
