摘  要:现浇和预制钢筋混凝土电缆槽和遮板属于铁路预应力混凝土箱形梁的桥面附属设施,存在施工周期长、容易劣化等缺点。因此研制了一种采用真空灌注成型制作的复合材料整体电缆槽和遮板,其作为新型轻质化桥面附属设施的重要组成部分,能够装配化、工厂化、标准化施工。本文介绍了其构造细节,并对其进行了受力分析。新研制的复合材料整体电缆槽和遮板已在现场试用了2年,效果良好。Cast-in-situ and prefabricated reinforced concrete cable channel and curtain board belong to accessoryfacilities on bridge deck of railway prestressed concrete box girders,which have disadvantages of long constructionperiod and easy deterioration. So a composite integral cable channel and curtain board fabricated by vacuum infusionmolding was researched and developed. As an important part of new lightweight accessory facilities on bridge deck,itsconstruction can be assembling,factory and standardized. The structure details of the composite integral cable channeland curtain board were introduced,and the structure stress was analyzed. The two-year field trial has got good results.
