摘 要:为提高传统土布服用与力学性能,改善其耐腐蚀性、染色性差等缺陷,探索仿土布织物的生产织造工艺,结合涤纶纤维自身优异性能,并通过改变组织结构、经纬纱色彩排列以及织造工艺参数,设计出三个不同系列的涤纶仿土布织物,外观风格类似传统土布且结实耐用,具有良好的市场前景。In order to improve the wearabilities and mechanical properties and better the corrosion resist- ance,poor dyeing and other defects of traditional homespun cloth,the weaving technology of homespun-like fabric was explored. Based on the excellent properties of polyester fibers,three different series of polyester home- spun-like fabrics were designed by changing the structure,color arrangement of warp and weft yarns and weaving parameters. The appearance of these fabrics was similar to that of traditional homespun fabrics and they were du- rable,which had good market prospects.
