摘  要:采用自动解除休眠、H2O2处理、H2O2加低温处理对采自河南和新疆的38个播娘蒿种群进行破休眠研究.结果表明:播娘蒿的休眠期因种群而异,13个播娘蒿种群在储存6个月后可以自动解除休眠,4个种群在储存12个月后可以自动解除休眠;体积分数为10%~20%的H2O2处理可以使18个播娘蒿种群实现破休眠;先经H2O2处理再用低温培养可以使破休眠困难的种群实现破休眠.研究可为播娘蒿种子破休眠提供参考.The dormancy-breaking test were conducted by water treatment,H2O2 treatment and H2O2 plus low temperature treatment on 38 populations of Descurainia sophia from Henan and Xinjiang province to explore efficient ways to break their dormancy.The results showed that 13 out of 38 populations of D.sophia could break dormancy by water treatment after stored in lab for 6 months.4 out of 38 populations of D.sophia could break dormancy by water treatment after stored in lab for 12 months.18 out of 38 populations of D.sophia could break dormancy by 10%~20%H2O2 treatment.The seeds of B27,B28 and B30 populations could break dormancy by H2O2 treatment first and low temperature then.This study provided a supplement to break dormancy of seeds in multiple D.sophia populations,and a reference for its further study.
