药用植物内生菌的多样性及其活性代谢产物功能研究进展

摘　　要：本文主要对已报道的部分药用植物内生菌的多样性、活性代谢产物种类及功能进行综述:1.内生菌多样性主要体现为分布多样性和种类多样性;2.内生菌活性代谢产物种类多样:主要有萜类、生物碱类化合物、苯丙素类化合物、皂苷类、芳香类、多肽类、黄酮类、内酯类、酚类等与宿主植物相类似的生物活性物质;3.内生菌活性代谢产物功能主要有:(1)抗肿瘤、(2)抗菌、(3)抗氧化作用、(4)抗病毒作用、(5)促进植物生长发育、(6)固氮作用、(7)增强植物抗逆性、(8)作为生防因子。并探讨了目前存在的问题和今后可能需要改进和完善的方面。In this paper,the diversity of endophytes and the types and functions of active metabolites of some reported endophytes of medicinal plants were reviewed.The results showed that:(1)the diversity of endophytes was mainly embodied for the diversity of distribution and species;(2)The active metabolites of endophytes were various,mainly including terpenoids,alkaloids,phenylpropanoids,saponins,aromatics,polypeptides,flavonoids,lactones,phenols and other bioactive substances similar to host plants;(3)The main functions of active metabolites of endophytes were anti-tumor,antimicrobial,antioxidant,antiviral,promoting plant growth and development,nitrogen fixation,enhancing plant stress resistance and acting as biocontrol factors.At the same time,the existing problems and the aspects that may need to be improved and perfected in the future were discussed.
