闪光干扰弹干扰载荷的试验研究

摘  要:对闪光干扰弹干扰载荷进行了配方和安全性设计,制备了干扰载荷材料,并测试了点火性能、安全性能和辐射强度。结果表明:采用微晶蜡包覆KClO 4和超细球形雾化铝粉可明显降低干扰载荷材料的摩擦感度,提高干扰载荷材料的安全性,以VITON/Al/KClO 4的三元配方辐射能力最强,且KClO 4和Al的质量比越接近50∶50,则配方的光辐射能力越强。This paper performs the designs of formula and safety for the jamming load of flash jamming rocket,prepares the materials of jamming load,tests the ignition performance,safety performance and radiation intensity.The results show that both KClO 4 coated by microcrystalline wax and atomized fine spherical aluminum powder can reduce the friction sensitivity of jamming load materials,increase the safety of jamming load materials,the formula which is composed of VITON/Al/KClO 4 has the highest radiation intensity,and the radiation intensity of the formula is higher when the mass ratio of KClO 4 and Al is more closed to 50∶50.
