摘　　要：战区体制下一体化野战电子防空作战效能评估作为一种新的体制机制,评估的科学性难以把握。基于模糊层次分析法,将作战效能划分为三级评估,通过构建体系,分析影响因素,咨询专家得到了较为科学的结果,形成作战效能的定量评估体系。As a new system and mechanism,the operational effectiveness evaluation of integrated field electronic air defense under warzone system is difficult to grasp scientifically.Based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the combat effectiveness evaluation is divided into three levels.Through the construction of a system,the influencing factors are analyzed,and the scientific results are obtained by consulting experts to form a quantitative evaluation system of combat effectiveness.
