摘　　要：水稻全产业链是把水稻“产、加、运、销”等各个环节链接成一个有机的整体,实施有效的全过程管理。对皖南烟稻轮作区水稻生产全产业链进行了深入的调研,剖析了制约其发展的瓶颈,有针对性地提出了“合作社+烟农+企业”生产模式,以期为指导当地建立和完善农业全产业链体系提供理论依据。The whole industrial chain of rice links all links of“production,processing,transportation and marketing”of rice into an organic whole and implements effective whole-process management.In this paper,the whole industrial chain of rice production in tobacco and rice rotation area in southern Anhui was deeply investigated,the bottleneck restricting its development was analyzed,and the production mode of“cooperative+tobacco farmer+enterprise”was put forward,so as to provide theoretical basis for guiding the local establishment and improvement of the whole agricultural industrial chain system.
