摘  要:用于溴化锂吸收式机组的冷温水泵变频控制系统方案,使用主控器、温度检测装置、变频器、冷温水泵,在溴化锂吸收式机组的不同运行条件下,根据计算出的冷温水泵运转频率通过变频器对冷温水泵自动控制,保证了溴化锂吸收式机组的安全、稳定运行;并能大幅节约电能,为用户节约使用成本。This article illustrates the automatic control projects of both single-unit water system and multiple-unit water system from such aspects as energy saving, safety, and artificial intelligence in order to popularize people’s understanding of the necessity of the automatic control of LiBr absorption cooling unit(hereafter as LiBr cooling unit or unit for short) and its water system(including cold water system and cooling water system) and to improve the automatic level of unit water system’s operation. With analysis of the running principle and characteristics of LiBr absorption refrigeration unit, this article also demonstrates how to reduce the possibility of danger to the lowest level in the units under urgent conditions by appropriate and mature automatic control projects.
