“星创天地”典型模式发展策略探究

摘　　要：“星创天地”是农业农村领域综合性服务平台,目前有以龙头企业为主导、以订单农业和品牌农业为基础、以农业科技园区为主体、以校企合作为特征、以高校院所为依托、发挥特色产业优势等6种典型模式。针对当前“星创天地”商业模式不明、创业扶持资金及相关资源短缺、创新创业人才不足等主要问题进行分析,提出了建立协同推进的管理协调机制、建立“星创天地”盈利模式、完善政府监测及考核机制、完善支撑保障措施等对策建议。“Agricultural and rural maker space”is a comprehensive service platform for agriculture and rural areas.Currently,there were six typical models,which were led by leading enterprises,based on order agriculture and brand agriculture,dominated by agricultural science and technology parks,featured by school-enterprise cooperation,supported by universities and institutes,and giving full play to the advantages of characteristic industries.In view of the current agricultural and rural maker space business model,business support fund and related resources shortage and the shortage of innovative entrepreneurial talent main problems were analyzed,and put forward the coordinated advance management coordination mechanism,establish a agricultural and rural maker space profit model,improve the monitoring and evaluation mechanism,perfect supporting security measures and countermeasures.
