摘 要:以自动武器身管为研究对象,建立了身管的厚壁圆筒模型,采用解析法、二维有限元方法和三维有限元方法,分析了厚壁圆筒在热-结构耦合作用下的径向应力、环向应力、轴向应力和等效应力的关系,并对厚壁圆筒应力场的边缘效应进行了分析。结果表明:厚壁圆筒热-结构耦合应力的解析解和有限元解吻合较好,其中三维有限元模型可计及轴向长度的影响,适用于边缘效应的研究;通过改变内压或温度场,耦合应力是可以设计和优化的。The thick wall cylinders model was established according to study of a certain automatic weapon barrel.The relation of the radial stress,tangential stress,longitudinal stress and equivalent stress in thick wall cylinders endured interior pressure and temperature loads was analyzed by traditional analytic method,2D finite element method(FEM)and 3D FEM respectively.Edge effects of the stress field in thick wall cylinders were also analyzed.The results show that the analytic solution of the thermo-structural coupling stress of the thick wall cylinder agree well with the finite element solution.The three-dimensional finite element model can be used to study the effect of the axial length,it is suitable for the analysis on edge effects,and the coupling stress could be designed and optimized by changing the interior pressure or temperature loads.
