摘  要:利用SRAP分子标记法对13份来自中国不同产地的铁皮石斛品种的基因组DNA进行分析,从分子水平研究铁皮石斛的遗传多样性和亲缘关系。结果表明:从81对引物中筛选出15对引物,在13份材料中共扩增出238条清晰的多态性条带,占总条带数的96.75%。13份材料间的遗传相似系数为0.44—0.79,在相似系数0.46处13份材料被划分为3个类群。研究结果可为不同产地铁皮石斛品种亲缘关系的鉴定以及种质资源的利用与保护提供理论依据。The genomic DNA of 13 Dendrobium officinale varieties from different regions of China was analyzed by SRAP molecular marker method.The genetic diversity and genetic relationship of D.officinale were studied at molecular level.The results showed that 15 pairs of primers were screened out from 81 pairs of primers and 238 clear polymorphic bands were amplified in 13 materials,accounting for 96.75%of the total bands.The genetic similarity coefficients of 13 materials ranged from 0.44 to 0.79,and 13 materials were divided into three groups at 0.46.The results could provide theoretical basis for the identification of genetic relationship among D.officinale varieties from different regions and the utilization and protection of germplasm resources.
