摘 要:采用田间试验研究了施用生物菌肥对柑橘果实品质的影响,并运用模糊数学分析法和主成分分析法对柑橘果实品质进行了综合评价。结果表明:施用生物菌肥的柑橘平均果重和糖酸比较施用复合肥处理和对照分别高14.3%和25.0%、71.40%和162.6%,且果实色泽、均匀度均较优;果实中总酚、VC等抗氧化物质较其他两种处理分别高8.7%和25.0%、2.3%和12.5%;果胶、蛋白质、脂肪较其他两种处理分别高73.2%和0.65%、24.3%和26.6%、1100%和140%。模糊数学分析法和主成分分析法表明,柑橘果实品质均为处理Ⅰ>处理Ⅱ>CK。可见,施用生物菌肥可提高柑橘果实品质,具有良好的应用前景。Field experiments were conducted to study the effects of bio-bacterial fertilizer on the quality ofcitrus fruit.F uzzy mathematical analysis and principal component analysis were used to evaluate the quality ofcitrus fruit comprehensively.The results showed that the average fruit weight and sugar acid ratio of citrus treatedwith bio-bacterial fertilizer were 14.3%and 25.0%,71.40%and 162.6%higher than those of compoundfertilizer treatment and control,respectively,and the fruit color and uniformity were better.The antioxidantscontent of total phenol,VC of citrus fruit treated with bio-bacterial fertilizer were 8.7%and 25.0%,2.3%and12.5%higher than the other two treatments,respectively.The content of pectin,protein and fat of citrus fruittreated with bio-bacterial fertilizer were 73.2%and 0.65%,24.3%and 26.6%,1 100%and 140%higherthan those of the other two treatments,respectively.Fuzzy mathematic analysis and principal component analysisboth showed that the quality of citrus fruit was treatment I>treatment II>CK.So the application of bio-bacterial fertilizer could improve the quality of citrus fruit and had a good application prospect.
