摘  要:随着IH加热产品在市场上的占比越来越高,其独特的IH加热控制模式也逐渐得到广泛应用。而作为核心控制元器件的绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT),其可靠性能对于产品质量的重要性则越来越突出。然而,在运行过程中,任何异常情况均可能影响IGBT的可靠性。本文通过对市场上一类IH加热产品的可靠性失效进行研究,对其失效原理进行深入分析,找到其内部保护设计缺陷,进而针对此类设计IGBT保护性建议,把外界对IGBT可靠性影响降到最低,为产品可靠运行提供有力保障。Nowadays,more and more customers accept the concept of household appliances using IH heating method.As the major control part of the main circuit,the importance of the reliability characteristic of IGBT is becoming more prominent.Any inadvertent operation during working process can influence it’s reliability characteristic.To minimize the influence of inadvertent operation during working process and provide a effective protection,this paper studies theoretically and experimentally the reliability failure of one typical IH appliance from the market,analyzes it’s failure mechanism,finds it’s design flaw and proposes several suggestions for this type of protective design.
