基于监控视频图像的车辆发电机高寒环境下的适应性分析

摘  要:针高寒环境下汽车发电机存在适应性差等问题,提出基于监控视频图像的车辆发电机高寒环境下的适应性分析。首先,通过监控视频设备对高寒环境下汽车发电机图像进行采集,其次,采用均值滤波法对高寒环境下通过监控视频采集到的汽车发动机图像进行降噪处理,用单一阈值分割法对预处理后的图片进行分割;然后,通过图像领域中灰度值的波动规律提取发电机轮廓灰度图像,采用Sobel算子提取汽车发电机轮廓灰度图像的边缘,最后,通过确定缺陷区域的面积和周长,得到汽车发电机轮廓缺陷特征。实验结果表明,该方法能够准确分析高寒环境下汽车发电机表面出现的缺陷,以此来提升高寒环境下汽车发电机的适应性能。The adaptability of automotive generators in alpine environment is poor.The adaptability analysis of automotive generators in alpine environment based on surveillance video image is proposed.Firstly,automotive generator images are collected by video surveillance equipment in high-cold environment.Secondly,the mean filter method is used to denoise the automotive engine images collected by video surveillance in high-cold environment.Then,the pre-processed images are segmented by a single threshold segmentation method.Thirdly,the image field is used.The fluctuation rule of gray value is used to extract the gray image of generator contour,and Sobel operator is used to extract the edge of gray image of automobile generator contour.Finally,the defect features of automobile generator contour are obtained by determining the area and perimeter of defect area.The experimental results show that the method can accurately analyze the surface defects of automotive generators in cold environment,so as to improve the adaptability of automotive generators in cold environment.
