个性化护理管理在眼科白内障手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨个性化护理管理在眼科白内障手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取某院眼科收治的594例白内障门诊及住院患者作为研究对象,患者均行白内障超声乳化摘除+人工晶体植入术。根据患者就诊时间的先后顺序分为两组(n=297),对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组实施个性化护理管理,对比两组患者术后的心理状态、生活质量及对护理工作的满意度等情况。结果:观察组出院时的SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后的躯体功能、认知功能、情绪功能、角色功能、社会功能评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理总满意率为98.99%,显著高于对照组的90.24%(P<0.05)。结论:对眼科白内障手术患者实施个性化护理管理能够有效减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者术后的生活质量及对临床护理工作的满意度。Objective: To explore the effect of personalized nursing management in patients with ophthalmic cataract surgery. Methods: 594 cases of outpatient cataract patients and inpatients admitted in a hospital were selected as subjects. All patients underwent phacoemulsification plus intraocular lens implantation. The patients were divided into two groups based on the time sequence of visits(n=297). The control group was treated with routine nursing management. The observation group implemented personalized nursing management. Then compared the psychological status, quality of life, and satisfaction on nursing work between the two groups. Results: The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group at the time of discharge were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The scores of physical function, cognitive function, emotional function, role function and social function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total care satisfaction rate in the observation group was 98.99%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(90.24%)(P<0.05). Conclusion: Personalized nursing management in patients with ophthalmologic cataract surgery can effectively reduce anxiety and depression in patients, improve postoperative quality of life and satisfaction with clinical nursing.
