摘 要:目的:探讨分析高原肺水肿的影像学特征及其在早期诊断中的价值。方法:将收集到的所有患者的影像学资料进行一一归类判读,分析出基本表现特征。结果:高原肺水肿的早期影像学表现以肺门增大,结构模糊,肺野纹理模糊,肺野透亮度减低,或呈磨玻璃样密度增高阴影改变为主。病变进一步发展,以斑片、雾状致密阴影或磨玻璃样密度增高的肺实变阴影为主,呈非对称性分布外围视野,其间常混杂粟粒状致密阴影,肺纹理增粗,肺门结构增大模糊。病变以右肺为重。结论:影像学改变是早期诊断高原肺水肿的主要依据。Objective To study analyzed the imaging characteristics of high altitude pulmonary edema and its value in early diagnosis.Methods All the collected imaging data of patients were classified and interpreted one by one to analyze the basic manifestation characteristics.Results Early imaging findings of high altitude pulmonary edema performance increase performance in the lung,fuzzy structure,lung field texture fuzzy,lung field transparency to reduce,or show higher ground glass sample density shadow change.Lesions in the further development,lung field with patch,fog density shadow or present pulmonary consolidation shadows of a ground glass density increased is given priority to,in asymmetry distribution on peripheral vision,between the lung field often mingled with miliary dense shade,pulmonary vein enlargement,increased lung door structure fuzzy.Lesion in the right lung is heavy.Conclusion The imaging changes is the main basis to early diagnosis of high-altitude pulmonary edema.
