彩色多普勒超声在先天性纵隔子宫早、中、晚期妊娠及异位妊娠中的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析利彩色多普勒超声诊断的方式对不同妊娠时期患者先天性纵隔子宫妊娠与异位妊娠的诊断效果。方法:对在2018年1月—2019年4月在我院进行诊疗的先天性纵隔子宫妊娠患者的57例产妇纳入实验研究,探究彩色多普勒超声诊断方式的诊断准确率。结果:先天性纵隔子宫早期妊娠、中期妊娠以及晚期妊娠的诊断准确率分别为91.30%、82.35%以及93.33%,异位妊娠的诊断准确率为100%。结论:利用彩色多普勒超声诊断的方式对不同妊娠时期患者先天性纵隔子宫妊娠与异位妊娠进行诊断时可以达到较好的诊断效果,彩色多普勒超声诊断的方式具有显著的应用价值。Objective To analyze the diagnostic effect of color Doppler ultrasound in congenital mediastinal uterine pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy in patients with different pregnancy periods.Methods 57 parturients with congenital mediastinal uterine pregnancy diagnosed and treated in our hospital between January 2018 and April 2019 were included in the experimental study to explore the diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound.Results The diagnostic accuracy of congenital mediastinal uterus in early pregnancy,middle pregnancy and late pregnancy was 41.30%,82.35%and 93.33%,respectively.The diagnostic accuracy of ectopic pregnancy was 100%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can be used to diagnose congenital mediastinal uterine pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy in different pregnancy periods.Color Doppler ultrasound has significant application value in the diagnosis of congenital mediastinal uterine pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy.
