摘 要:为节约能源,针对煤矿风井采用余热供热系统的应用进行分析,介绍了煤矿风井余热资源利用技术。以某煤矿风井为例,分析了风井余热量并对其进行了风井场地总耗热量计算、矿井余热资源、矿井场地余热量汇总计算;结合计算结果,总结制定了余热供热系统应用方案,并且计算出传统供热方式和风井余热供热系统应用过程中的能耗和费用。实践表明,煤矿风井采用余热供热系统的应用能够节约大量资金和能源,值得借鉴和推广。In order to save energy,the application of waste heat supply system of coal mine air shaft was analyzed,and the waste heat resource utilization technology of coal mine air shaft was introduced.Taking a coal mine air shaft as an example,the waste heat of the air shaft and the total heat consumption of the air shaft site were calculated,then the application plan of waste heat supply system was proposed combined with the calculation results,and the energy consumption and cost of traditional heating mode and air shaft waste heat heating system were compared.Practice shows that the application of waste heat heating system of coal mine air shaft can save a lot of money and energy,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
