摘 要:为有效减小S波段基片集成波导SIW(Substrate Integrated Waveguide)滤波器的尺寸和插入损耗,提出了一种基于1/4模基片集成波导QMSIW(Quarter-Mode Substrate Integrated Waveguide)和1/8模基片集成波导EMSIW(Eighth-Mode Substrate Integrated Waveguide)的紧凑型带通滤波器;利用EMSIW与QMSIW谐振腔体结构互补的特点,减少电磁泄露,改善插入损耗;通过设计交叉耦合,实现传输零点的引入,以改善其选择性和带外抑制水平。分别设计了四腔体EMSIW小型化带通滤波器以及EMSIW-QMSIW结构的小型化带通滤波器,其中心频率均为3.8 GHz,两滤波器的相对带宽为13.8%和8.4%,测试插入损耗均小于1.05 dB,带外抑制高于60 dB,传输零点数均为3,且标准化尺寸仅分别为0.24λ0×0.11λ0和0.35λ0×0.12λ0。In order to reduce the size and insertion loss of S-band substrate integrated waveguide SIW(Substrate Integrated Waveguide)filter,a novel integrated waveguide based on 1/4 mode substrate QMSIW(Quarter-Mode Substrate Integrated Waveguide)and 1/8 mode substrate integrated waveguide EMSIW(Eighth-Mode Substrate Integrated Waveguide)is proposed.The filter makes use of the complementary structure of EMSIW and QMSIW resonator to reduce electromagnetic leakage and improve insertion loss;Improved selectivity and out-of-band suppression by designing cross-coupling to introduce transmission zeros.A four-cavity EMSIW miniaturized band-pass filter and a EMSIW-QMSIW miniaturized band-pass filter are designed respectively.The center frequency of each filter is 3.8 GHz,and the relative bandwidth of the two filters is 13.8%and 8.4%,respectively.Testting insertion loss is less than 1.05 dB,out-of-band suppression is higher than 60 dB,transmission zero is 3 and standardized size.Only 0.24λ0×0.11λ0 and 0.35λ0×0.12λ0,respectively.
