创意产业集群网络结构演化过程与驱动力研究——以常州动漫产业集群为例

摘　　要：产业集群网络具有动态演化的特点,在动态演化的过程中,产业集群会经历从起步到成熟的生命发展历程。创意产业集群既具有一般产业集群的演化生命周期,又呈现出自身独特的演化过程和特点。本文以常州动漫产业集群为例,分析了动漫产业集群在起步、初始、发展和基本成熟四个阶段中集群网络的形成、结构的演化过程及其特点,提出政府政策的推动作用、龙头企业的带动作用以及研发支撑与创新导向是创意产业集群网络的形成和结构完善过程中的重要驱动力因素。Industry cluster network has the characteristic of dynamic evolution.During the dynamic evolution,industry cluster will experience the life course from beginning to recession.Creative industry cluster not only has the life cycle evolution of general industry cluster,but also presents a unique evolution process and charac teristics.Taking Changzhou animation industry cluster as an example,the study analyzes the formation of the cluster network and the evolution process and characteristics of structure in the four stages of the beginning,ini tial,development and recession.The above results indicate that government policies,leading enterprises and technology support and innovation orientation play a significant role in the formation of network and structural improvement of the animation industry cluster.
