摘　　要：资源节约是绿色建筑的重要目标,在绿色建筑的各项性能指标中,节能具有非常重要的位置。2019版标准的“节能与能源利用”部分相较2014版的基本内容,在控制项上进行了提升与扩充,在评分项上进行整合,在提高与创新项上对建筑能耗的进一步优化进行了鼓励。这些变化充分结合了行业的发展动向,设定了新的要求,反映了建筑节能高质量发展的技术路径。Resources saving is an important goal of Green Buildings.Among the performance indices of Green Building,energy saving occupies a very important position.Compared with the basic content of 2014 edition,"Energy Saving and Energy Utilization"part of 2019 edition has been improved and expanded in terms of the compulsory items,integrated more in scoring items,and encouraged further optimization of building energy consumption in terms of improvement and innovation.These changes fully combined the development of new technology and reflect the tendency of high-quality development of building industry.
