摘　　要：目的:采用数据挖掘方法研究杨秉秀教授治疗多囊卵巢综合征的用药规律。方法:选取杨秉秀教授治疗的多囊卵巢综合征患者136例、共计792诊次的处方资料,采用数据挖掘中的Apriori算法,进行关联规则分析,探讨杨秉秀教授治疗多囊卵巢综合征的学术经验。结果:792诊次的处方中共使用85味中药,14158频次。中药类别中使用频次最高的是补虚药,其次为活血化瘀药,再次为化痰药、利水渗湿药。体现杨老治疗多囊卵巢综合征通补结合,攻补兼施,益肾健脾治其本,活血理气、化痰除湿、软坚消癥治其标。结论:数据挖掘结果在一定程度上客观反映了杨老治疗多囊卵巢综合征的基本用药规律,为临床治疗多囊卵巢综合征提供了参考。Objective The data mining method was used to study Professor YANG Bingxiu’s medication rule in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods The prescription data of 136 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated by Professor Yang Bingxiu and a total of 792 consultations were selected, by using Apriori algorithm in data mining, The association rules were analyzed to explore Professor Yang’s academic experience in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Results A total of 85 traditional Chinese medicines were used in the prescription of 792 consultations, with a frequency of 14158. The most frequently used traditional Chinese medicine are tonic deficiency medicines, followed by blood-activating and stasis-removing medicines, phlegm-removing medicines and damp-clearing medicines. It embodies Professor Yang’s treatment of PCOS with combination of purgating and reinforcing, benefiting and attacking, benefiting the kidney and invigorating the spleen, promoting blood circulation and regulating qi, resolving phlegm and removing dampness, softening and firmness, eliminating symptoms and curing symptoms. Conclusion The data mining results objectively reflect Professor Yang’s basic medication rules in treating polycystic ovary syndrome to a certain extent, and provide reference for the clinical treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
