抗感合剂联合西药治疗社区获得性肺炎30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察抗感合剂联合西药治疗社区获得性肺炎(痰热壅肺证)的临床疗效。方法:选取符合社区获得性肺炎诊断标准的患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例,对照组给予西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合院内制剂抗感合剂内服。观察治疗前后血清中白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞比例(NEUT%)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的变化及两组患者的咳嗽、咳痰、退热、肺啰音的消失时间。结果:治疗组总有效率93.33%高于对照组总有效率76.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组咳嗽、咳痰、退热、肺啰音的消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者WBC、NEUT%、CRP较治疗前下降,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抗感合剂联合西药治疗CAP(痰热壅肺证)疗效较好,能够减轻患者体内炎症反应,减轻患者临床症状,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Kanggan Mixture combined with western medicine in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia(phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome).Methods 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of community acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine treatment,while the treatment group was given Kanggan Mixture orally on the basis of the control group.The changes of serum WBC,neutrophil ratio(NEUT%)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels were observed before and after treatment,as well as the disappearance time of cough,sputum,fever and lung rale in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%higher than that of the control group(76.67%);the disappearance time of cough,expectoration,fever and lung rale in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,WBC,NEUT and CRP in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kanggan Mixture has remarkable clinical efficacy in treating CAP(phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome).It can alleviate inflammation in patients and alleviate clinical symptoms.It can be widely used in clinic.
