老年医学课程增加缓和医疗的必要性

摘　　要：目前,全球人口老龄化速度加快,我国作为人口大国,面临老龄化带来的各种挑战。其中,老年人医疗卫生问题是其关注重点之一。老年医学关注老年人卫生健康,主要解决老年人,尤其是高龄老人的疾病预防和综合诊治。我国老年医学教学起步较西方国家晚,与西方现代老年医学教育理念未完全同步。尤其涉及处理高龄衰弱和终末期患者的医疗问题,国内基本处于空白。为了更好地服务于老年患者,减轻老年患者家庭和社会的负担,有必要积极推动老年医学教学过程中讲授缓和医疗相关知识,以应对老龄化社会的现实需求。Nowadays, the aging speed of the global population is accelerating, China, as a country with a large population, is facing various challenges by aging. Among them, the medical problems of the elderly is one of the key points. Geriatrics pays attention to the health of the elderly, mainly solves the prevention and comprehensive treatment among the elderly diseases, especially the advanced elderly. The teaching of geriatrics in China started later than that in western countries and was not completely synchronized with the concept of modern gerontology in the west. In particular, it involves dealing with the medical problems of elderly patients with weakness and end-stage patients,which is basically blank in China at present. In order to better serve the elderly patients and lighten the burden of the family and society, it is necessary to actively promote the teaching of palliative care in the process of geriatrics teaching in order to meet the needs of the aging society.
