单根C型冷弯悬臂构件滞回性能研究

摘  要:冷弯薄壁型钢构件翼缘和腹板钢材厚度小、宽厚比较大,其力学性能与普通钢构件有很大差别。本文在冷弯薄壁型钢材性试验基础上进行了三组悬臂构件的有限元滞回性能分析,结果表明:构件在循环荷载作用下发生弯曲扭转耦联破坏;循环荷载作用下构件的截面尺寸对承载力有较大影响;本批冷弯薄壁型钢材料具有较好的延性。Both flange and web of the cold-formed steel members show small thickness and large width-to-thickness ratio,such exhibits mechanical behavior quite different from ordinary steel components.Based on material tests of cold-formed steel,the finite element analysis of hysteretic behavior for three groups of cantilever component was studied in this paper.The results showed that the components experienced torsional coupling failure under cyclic load,such section size had greater effect on the bearing capacity.Moreover,this batch of cold-formed Steel products had good ductility.
