摘　　要：彩釉玻璃与传统UV彩色玻璃相比,其色彩表现力强且具有更好的耐候性。近年来,数码彩釉玻璃作为一种新型艺术装饰材料,正在成为商业建筑、室内装饰等领域的新宠。比较了高温数码彩釉玻璃与低温数码UV彩色玻璃的制造与应用特点,介绍了喷墨打印技术常用的几种油墨制备方法以及油墨压电喷头的结构特点,概述了国内外玻璃油墨以及数码彩釉玻璃喷墨打印装备的发展现状,指出了我国在数码彩釉玻璃喷墨打印技术领域亟待解决的共性难题,并对未来该产业的发展进行了展望。Compared with traditional UV painted glass,glazed glass shows much richer color expressive and better weather resistant.As a new type of art decorative material,digital glazed glass is becoming a new favorite in exterior wall decoration of commercial buildings,as well as in interior decoration at home or office in recent years.The manufacture and application characteristics of high temperature digital glazed glass were compared with that of low temperature digital UV painted color glass.Some preparation methods for inkjet and structure features of ink spray nozzle were introduced.The development of glass ink and digital glass ink jet in China was mainly outlined.Finally,the common problems to be solved urgently in the inkjet printing of digital glazed glass were also pointed out,and a prospect for Chinese digital glazed glass industry is put forward.
