摘  要:超声波焊接凭借其高效、生产成本低而被广泛运用于塑料焊接领域。由于生产规模的不断提高,超声波焊接设备正在由人工化走向自动化和数字化方向。从自动化的角度出发,通过模块化设计,成型了一套超声波贯流风扇自动化生产线。实现了贯流风扇叶的焊接生产从人工上下料和半自动焊接到全自动的技术突破,实现产品平均耗时2 min40 s,焊接合格率96%,比原有提升4.5%。同时,还降低了人力成本,使得人工的使用大幅度下降,极大地提高了生产质量和生产效率。Ultrasound welding is widely used in the field of plastic welding because of its high efficiency and low production cost. With the continuous improvement of production scale, ultrasonic welding equipment is moving from manual to automation and digitalization. From the point of view of automation, through modular design, a set of automatic production line of ultrasonic cross-flow fan was finally formed. This research has finally achieved a breakthrough in the welding production of cross-flow fan blades from manual feeding and unloading, semi-automatic welding to fully automatic technology. The final product takes an average of two minutes and forty seconds. The qualified rate of welding is 96%,which is 4.5% higher than the original one. At the same time, it also reduces the cost of manpower, makes the use of labor greatly reduced, and greatly improves the quality of production and production efficiency.
