摘  要:针对传统温度检测系统存在误差大、浪费能源、人机交互不方便等缺点,设计了基于max6675的温度自动控制系统。该系统通过人机接口设置所需现场工作温度,利用K型热电偶采集现场工作温度,经max6675转换为数字信号,送到单片机进行信号处理和转换,实现了温度实时检测和控制。在Proteus环境下构建的实际系统仿真运行,在测温范围800~900℃取点测量,max6675温度预设值和实际测量值误差为1℃,测量结果符合预期要求,具有一定的推广应用价值。Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional temperature detection system,such as large error,waste of energy and inconvenience of human-computer interaction,the automatic temperature control system based on max6675 was designed.The system set the required field temperature through human-machine interface and collects field temperature through K type,which was turned into digital signals by max6675 and was processed by MCU,and real time temperature detection and control was implied.The practical system based on Proteus by simulation running test the error was 1℃about max6675 set temperature value and actual measured value within temperature range 800~900℃.The measurement results meet the expected requirements,it has a certain value of popularization and application.
