摘 要:针对在位管道通过弯头、过渡管组对连接的情况,尤其是大口径管道组对过程中,弯头的角度、位姿以及过渡管切割控制不当,直接影响整个工程的工期和效益。为此以全站仪测量数据为基础,建立圆柱模型,进行圆柱面拟合,进而确定弯头角度及位姿;确定过渡管的端面方程,解算出过渡管的尺寸及管口形状,并绘制打印管口外圆展开图为过渡管切割提供依据。与拉线测量控制方法相比,实现了现场组对施工的有效控制,提供了施工的指导依据,易于操作且效率高。For the situation which the existing pipelines are connected by the elbow and transition pipes, the angle and posture of elbow and the cutting control of transition pipes are improper, which will directly affect the entire project construction period and benefits especially for large diameter pipes. Therefore, on the basis of the total station measurement data, the cylindrical model was established for cylindrical fitting, and then the elbow′s angle and posture were determined. Meantime, determine the end surface equation of the transition pipe to work out the size of the transition pipe and the shape of the pipe nozzle. Draw the picture of the fast plot and print it as a basis for the cutting of the transition pipe. Compared with the traditional tie-line style, it realizes the effective control for pairing of pipeline and provides the construction guidance which contributes for easier operation and higher efficiency.
