摘 要:搅拌桨是压裂混砂车的重要部件,其动态特性对压裂液的性能及混砂车的工作状态有重要影响。利用uTekMa动态信号分析系统对搅拌桨进行了试验模态分析,详细说明了模型建立的过程及测试所采用的技术和方法。在此基础上利用SolidWorks对搅拌桨进行了有限元模态分析。结果表明试验模态分析结果和有限元模态分析结果非常接近,最大频率误差为5.15%,各阶振型也基本相同,说明研究所获得的搅拌桨动态特性是可信的。The agitator is an important part of the fracturing blender, and its dynamic characteristics have an important influence on the performance of fracturing fluid and the sand blender. The uTekMa dynamic signal acquisition system is used to analyze the experimental mode of the agitator, the process of model establishment and the techniques used for testing is described in detail. On this basis, finite element modal analysis is carried out with SolidWorks. The results show that the experimental modal analysis results are very close to the finite element modal analysis results, with a maximum frequency error of 5.15% and basically the same vibration modes, which indicates that the dynamic characteristics of the agitator obtained in this study are reasonable.
