摘 要:不同波形结构的金属波纹板,其力学承载特性存在很大差别,因此有必要对波高、波长等波形参数对承载特性的影响开展研究。根据开展的125×25波形波纹板承载试验结果对建立的有限元仿真模型进行了修正,并利用修正后的仿真模型对回填材料自重、回填材料自重及0.03 MPa、回填材料自重及0.05 MPa 3种载荷工况下6种波形波纹板分别进行了仿真计算,通过对仿真计算结果变化趋势的比较与分析明确了波纹板波形结构与其力学性能间的趋势关系,对于金属波纹板在不同工况下的选取提供参考依据。The bearing characteristics of corrugated metal plate with different waveform structures are very different. Therefore,it is necessary to study the influence of waveform parameters such as pitch and depth on the bearing characteristics. According to the bearing test results of 125×25 corrugated steel plate,the established finite element simulation model is modified. And the modified simulation model is used to calculate the dead weight of backfill material,the weight of backfill material and 0.03 MPa,the weight of backfill material and 0.05 MPa. Under the load condition,the six kinds corrugated steel plates were simulated respectively. Through the comparison and analysis of the simulation results,the relationship between waveform structure and its mechanical properties was clarified. It provides the reference basis for the selection of corrugated steel plate in difference operating mode.
