摘　　要：新时代高校辅导员工作室的建设应突出主题性、开放性和有效性等原则,目前高校辅导员工作室的建设在政策支持、运行机制、评价体系、工作时效性等方面存在一定问题。新时代背景下,更新政策支持,提高政策的针对性,完善运行机制,增强组织和管理创新性,完善评价体系,强化评价的有效性,疏通信息渠道,提升工作时效性尤为重要。College advisors studios in the new era must be theme-oriented,open and effective.Currently,construction of advisors studios is crippled by inadequate policy support,incomplete operating mechanism,to-be-improved evaluation system and poor timeliness.Efforts must be made to strengthen policy support,improve and innovate the operating mechanism and the evaluation system and enhance the timeliness of their work.
