创面修复抗菌敷料在糖尿病足感染伤口中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察创面修复抗菌敷料在糖尿病足感染伤口中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月至2019年3月我科收治的糖尿病足感染患者150例,采用随机对照表法分为干预组和常规组各75例,干预组采用创面修复抗菌敷料,常规组予以常规换药方法。比较两组患者糖尿病足感染伤口的换药间隔时间、换药次数、伤口愈合时间。结果干预组患者糖尿病足感染伤口换药间隔时间长于常规组,换药次数少于常规组,伤口愈合时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论创面修复抗菌敷料应用于糖尿病足感染伤口患者,可显著增加换药间隔时间,减少换药次数和愈合时间,有效促进糖尿病足感染伤口的愈合。Objective To observe the effect of wound dressing in the treatment of diabetic foot infections.Methods One hun dred and fifty patients with diabetic foot infection in our department from March 2016 to March 2019 were randomly divided into inter vention or routine group,75 in each group.The intervention group was treated with wound repair antibiotic dressing,and the routine group was treated with routine dressing change.The interval of dressing change,the times of dressing change and the time of wound heal ing were compared between the two groups.Results In the intervention group,the interval of dressing change was longer,the frequency of dressing change was less and the healing time was shorter when compared to the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of Burgess wound dressing to repair diabetic foot infection wounds can significantly increase the interval between dressing changes,re duce the number of dressing changes and healing time,and effectively promote the healing of diabetic foot infection wounds.
