多沙唑嗪联合去氨加压素对前列腺增生的临床疗效及血清骨代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨多沙唑嗪联合去氨加压素对前列腺增生的临床疗效及血清骨代谢的影响。方法前列腺增生患者110例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各55例。对照组给予多沙唑嗪治疗,观察组在此基础上联合去氨加压素治疗。对比两组临床疗效、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、夜尿次数、夜间尿量、血清骨代谢指标、不良反应发生率等。结果观察组临床总有效率及QOL评分高于对照组,夜尿次数、夜间尿量、IPSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组骨密度、骨钙素(OC)、I型胶原交联羧基末端肽(β CTX)水平及不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多沙唑嗪联合去氨加压素对前列腺增生的临床疗效显著,能够改善患者的症状评分和生活质量,对患者的骨代谢指标影响较小,治疗安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of doxazosin combined with desmopressin in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)and the effect on serum bone metabolism.Methods We selected 110 patients with BPH.According to principle of random distribution,they were divided into observation or control group,55 in each group.The control group was treated with doxazosin while the observation group was treated with doxazosin plus desmopressin.The clinical efficacy,IPSS,QOL,nocturnal urine frequency,nocturnal urine volume,serum bone metabolism index and incidence of adverse reactions were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate and the QOL score were higher while the number of nocturnal urine,noc turnal urine volume and IPSS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum BMD,osteocalcin(OC)and collagen type cross linked carboxyterminal peptide(beta CTX)between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Doxazosin combined with desmopressin has significant clinical effect on BPH.The therapy can improve the symptom score and quality of life of the patients,and has little effect on the bone metabolic index of the patients.It has high therapeutic safety and is worthy of clinical application.
