摘　　要：目的分析血管内射频消融治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的临床疗效。方法将2017年1月-2019年1月期间本院接收的12例血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均以血管内射频消融方式进行治疗,观察并比较患者术前与术后的踝肱指数(ankle brachial index,ABI)和临床疗效。结果12例患者中,9例患者术后疼痛情况立即消失,3例患者在术中发生动脉痉挛,并于当晚疼痛消失,所有患者经CT血管造影(CT angiography,CTA)检查其动脉血流均为通畅,且术后随访均未出现复发情况;同时,患者术后ABI指数(0.90±0.16)明显优于术前,差异有统计学意义(t=11.7029,P=0.0000)。结论应用血管内射频消融术对血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者施以治疗,能够明显改善患者的临床症状。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of intravascular radiofrequency ablation for thromboangiitis obliterans.Methods Twelve patients with thromboangiitis obliterans received from the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with intravascular radiofrequency ablation.Observe and compare the preoperative and postoperative ankle brachial index(ABI)and clinical efficacy.Results Among the 12 patients,9 patients had immediate disappearance of postoperative pain,3 patients had arterial spasm during surgery,and the pain disappeared at night.All patients were underwent CT angiography(CTA)to examine their arterial blood flow.There was no recurrence after operation and no postoperative follow-up.At the same time,the postoperative ABI index(0.90±0.16)was significantly better than preoperative,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.7029,P=0.0000).Conclusion The application of intravascular radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of patients with thromboangiitis obliterans can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
