摘　　要：目的观察心脉隆注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者的临床治疗效果。方法选择2018年3-9月临床诊断慢性心力衰竭患者46例,随机分成常规药物治疗组(对照组)和常规药物加心脉隆注射液组(观察组)各23例。所有患者均于入组前检测血脑利钠肽(Blood brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)、行心力衰竭患者生活质量量表评分、6分钟步行试验(6-minute walking test,6MWT)及心脏彩超检查左心室射血分数(Left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)。分别在第3天、1个月及3月时复查上述相关指标。结果在对照组,与治疗前相比,第1个月及3个月时时患者BNP、心力衰竭量表评分降低,6分钟步行试验距离增加;在观察组,与治疗前相比,第3天、1个月及3个月时患者BNP、心力衰竭量表评分降低,6分钟步行试验距离增加,第3个月时患者左心室射血分数增高;同对照组相比,观察组在第3天、1个月及3个月时患者BNP、心力衰竭量表评分降低,6分钟步行试验距离增加,第3个月时患者左心室射血分数增高。结论心脉隆注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者临床治疗安全有效,在常规药物治疗基础上可进一步改善临床症状。Objective To investigate the treatment effects of xinmailong in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods From March 2018 to September 2018,46 patients with chronic heart failure were divided randomly into control group and xinmailong group.Control group was treated by routine drugs,xinmailong group was treated by routine drugs and xinmailong.Observe the changes of their brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),quality of life with heart failure scores,6 minutes walk test(6MWT)and the echocardiography parameters after 3 days,1 month and 3 months.Results In control group the BNP and quality of life with heart failure scores reduced and the distance of 6MWT increased after 1 month and 3 months.In xinmailong group,the BNP and quality of life with heart failure scores reduced and the distance of 6MWT increased after 3 days,1 month and 3 months,the ejection fraction increased after 3 months.Compared to the control group the BNP and quality of life with heart failure scores lowered and the distance of 6MWT increased more significant in xinmailong group after 3 days,1 month and 3 months,the ejection fraction increased after 3 months.Conclusion Xinmailong in combination with existing therapy could bring more benefits in the patients with chronic heart failure.
