质量敏感指标在供应室外来器械及植入物再处理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究质量敏感指标在消毒供应室外来器械及植入物再处理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年1-12月的44025包外来器械及植入物的临床使用资料,将2018年4-6月的11200包外来器械及植入物作为对照组,2018年10-12月的11200包外来器械及植入物为观察组,观察比较两组外来器械及植入物的清洗消毒合格率、检查包装合格率、灭菌质量监测合格率、湿包发生率、发放及时率、提前放行率、术后返洗率和手术感染率。结果观察组的湿包发生率、提前放行率和感染发生率要低于对照组,观察组的清洗消毒合格率、检查包装合格率、灭菌质量监测合格率和发放及时率、术后返洗率要高于对照组,两组结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论质量敏感指标应用于消毒供应室外来器械及植入物再处理全流程闭环式质量控制,可以有效保障外来医疗器械灭菌质量,降低医院感染发生,保证患者的手术安全。Objective To explore the application effects of quality sensitive index in standardized management of external instruments and implants in disinfection supply room.Methods 44025 packages of examination data of foreign instruments and implants from January 2018 to December,2018 were retrospective analyzed,11200 packages of foreign instruments and implants from April 2018 to June 2018 were selected as the control group,and 11200 packages of foreign instruments and implants from October 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the observation group.Then,the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of foreign instruments and implants,the qualified rate of inspection and packaging,the qualified rate of sterilization quality monitoring,the rate of wet package,the rate of timely release,the rate of early release,the rate of post-operative washback and the rate of surgical infection of two groups were observed and compared.Results The incidence of wet bag,early release and infection in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection,the qualified rate of inspection and packaging,the qualified rate of sterilization quality monitoring,the timely rate of issuance and the rate of back washing after operation in the observation group was higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),and it had statistical significance.Conclusion The quality sensitive index in application of the closed-loop quality control of the whole process of external instruments and implants reprocessing in the sterilization supply room,which can effectively guarantee the sterilization quality of foreign medical devices,and teduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,and ensure the safety of operation.
