摘　　要：目的讨论护理质量指标在优质护理评价及持续改进中的应用效果。方法研究以2017年1月-2018年12月我院血液透析室收治的52例患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序进行分组,并采取不同的措施,对比其护理效果。结果试验组患者各项指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理质量指标在优质护理评价及持续改进中的应用可以提高护理质量,降低护理风险,保障患者安全。Objective To discuss the application effect of nursing quality indicators in quality nursing evaluation and continuous improvement.Methods The study investigated 52 patients admitted to our hemodialysis room.The number of cases was from January 2017 to December 2018.Grouped according to the order of admission,and different measures were taken to compare the nursing effects.Results The indexes of the patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing quality indicators in quality nursing evaluation and continuous improvement can improve the quality of nursing,reduce the risk of nursing and ensure the safety of patients.
