精神科患者攻击行为的风险评估与护理干预研究

摘　　要：目的探究风险评估精神科患者攻击行为并开展相应护理干预的效果。方法此次实验对象全部选自本院2018年1月-2019年2月精神科收治的80例精神分裂症患者,按照入院先后顺序分成试验组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组开展普通护理,在此基础上试验组进行攻击行为风险评估及其相关护理干预,比较两种方案对患者的影响。结果试验组38例满意,满意度为95.00%,0例患者发生攻击行为,发生率为0.00%;对照组26例满意,总满意度为65.00%,6例患者发生攻击行为,发生率为15.00%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险评估精神科患者攻击行为并开展相应护理干预的效果较好,可减少攻击行为,并提高护理质量,在临床护理中可以加大使用力度。Objective To explore the effect of risk assessment on the aggressive behavior of psychiatric patients and the corresponding nursing intervention.Methods All the subjects in this study were selected from 80 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the psychiatric department from January 2018 to February 2019.They were divided into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to the order of admission.The control group underwent general nursing.On this basis,the experimental group conducted an assessment of the risk of aggression and related nursing interventions,and compared the effects of the two programs on the patients.Results 38 patients in the experimental group were satis fied,the satisfaction rate was 95.00%,0 patients had aggressive behavior,the incidence rate was 0.00%;26 patients in the control group were satis fied,the total satisfaction was 65.00%,and 6 patients had aggressive behavior,the incidence rate was 15.00%.The di fference was statistically signi ficant(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk assessment of psychiatric patients'aggressive behavior and corresponding nursing interventions is effective,which can significantly reduce aggressive behavior and improve the quality of care.It can be used in clinical care.
