PICC置管在妇科恶性肿瘤化疗中的应用及护理

摘　　要：目的对于妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者中应用PICC置管(经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管)的应用方法和护理措施进行分析。方法选取2017年6月-2019年3月妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者资料46例开展PICC置管作为研究组,同期选取接受BD留置针穿刺妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者46例作为对照组,总结PICC置管的护理方法与护理效果。结果研究组留置时间(86.6±8.7)天,创面疼痛评分(1.3±0.4)分,对照组留置时间(47.5±7.5)天,创面疼痛评分(3.4±0.5)分,两组妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者的留置时间、创面疼痛评分对比差异有统计学意义;研究组患者对于护理工作满意度93.5%高于对照组71.7%,两组对比差异具有统计学意义。结论临床中对于妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者,为其提供PICC置管,能够对患者血管进行有效的保护,延长留置时间,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To analyze the application and nursing measures of PICC catheterization in patients with gynecological malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy.Methods 46 patients with gynecological malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy from July 2016 to March 2019 were selected to carry out PICC catheterization as the study group,and 46 patients receiving BD indwelling needle puncture for chemotherapy of gynecological malignant tumor were selected as the control group,to summarize the nursing methods and nursing effects of PICC catheterization.Results The indwelling time was(86.6±8.7)days in the study group,and the wound pain score was(1.3±0.4).The indwelling time was(47.5±7.5)days in the control group,and the wound pain score was(3.4±0.5).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was 93.5%higher than that of the control group,which was 71.7%higher.Conclusion For patients with gynecological malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy,providing PICC catheterization can effectively protect patients’blood vessels,extend the indwelling time,and improve patients’satisfaction with nursing work.
