摘　　要：目的总结开展PDCA循环工具对提高癌痛管理规范性的效果。方法2018年4月1日-12月31日成立PDCA持续质量改进小组,选定提高癌痛管理的规范性为活动主题,应用PDCA循环模式中的计划、实施、检查、处理四个步骤对癌痛管理规范未达目标值的项目进行原因分析,找出要因,并根据要因,制定改进措施,并组织实施,检查评价实施结果。结果通过PDCA循环工具的使用,护士疼痛评估的准确率由85.8%提高到91.7%;记录合格率由84.2%提高到93.3%、患者对疼痛知识的知晓率由82.5%提高到92.5%,均达到了目标值90.0%。改善前后差异比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展PDCA循环活动提高了癌痛管理的规范性。Objective To summarize the effect of PDCA cycle tools on improving the standardization of cancer pain management.Methods From April 1,2018 to December 31,2018,the PDCA continuous quality improvement team was set up,and the standardization of cancer pain management was selected as the activity theme.The causes of the items whose cancer pain management criteria did not reach the target value were analyzed by four steps of plan,implementation,inspection and treatment in PDCA cycle mode,and the main reasons were found out.The improvement measures were formulated according to the main reasons,and the implementation was organized,and the implementation results were checked and evaluated.Results Through the use of PDCA circulation tools,the accuracy rate of nurses'pain assessment increased from 85.8%to 91.7%,the qualified rate of records increased from 84.2%to 93.3%,and the awareness rate of patients'pain knowledge increased from 82.5%to 92.5%,all of which reached the target value of 90.0%.There were significant differences before and after improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle activities can improve the standardization of cancer pain management.
