经皮穴位电刺激对甲基苯丙胺依赖者稽延期戒断症状的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察经皮穴位电刺激疗法对甲基苯丙胺依赖者戒断症状及其对甲基苯丙胺渴求度的影响。方法:将60例甲基苯丙胺依赖者随机分治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组予以经皮穴位电刺激治疗,对照组取相同穴位予以模拟经皮穴位电刺激。采用戒断症状量表测评、VAS视觉模拟量表观察患者治疗前、后的症状变化,同时检测治疗前、后血清DA水平。结果:治疗后,治疗组戒断症状评分、VAS评分均较治疗前降低,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组血清DA较治疗前升高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经皮穴位电刺激疗法对甲基苯丙胺依赖者的稽延期戒断症状有改善作用,且对甲基苯丙胺依赖者稽延期症状的心理渴求具有一定的抑制作用,还可提升甲基苯丙胺依赖者血清DA水平。Objective To observe the clinical effectof transcutaneous electric acupoint stimulations(TEAS)on methamphetamine(MA)protracted withdrawal symptoms and patients VAS for MA.Methods Sixty MAmale patients were randomly divided into treatmentgroup and control group(30 cases).The treatment group accepted TEAS and the control group accepted mock TEAS on the same acupoints with treatment group s.Before and after the treatment,all subjects assessed with Withdrawal Symptom Scale,Visual Analogue Scale and tests of the level of dopamine(DA)in the serum.Results After thetreatment,the withdrawal symptom score of the treatment group decreased and and it had significant difference(P<0.05).as well as the VAS score of the treatment groupdecreased and it had statistic difference compared with it before treatment(P<0.05).the level of DA in serum were increased compared with before treatment and it had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion TEAS could relieveMA protracted withdrawal symptoms.And TEAS has certain effect on inducing longing for MA.Besides,TEAS could improve the level of DA in serum of MA addicts.
