摘　　要：目的:观察对冠心病患者应用双源CT定量对心周脂肪(PAT)进行检测对于冠心病的评估价值。方法:分析对象为本院收治冠心病与非冠心病患者群体,研究时间范围在2018年-2019年,在两个群体各随机抽取80例并对应设为观察组、对照组,对两组纳入对象均应用双源CT对PAT体积进行测量,归纳两组对象相关临床数据以了解该手段对冠心病的临床引导作用。结果:在PAT体积而言,观察组患者的平均体积数据显著大于对照组且有统计学意义(P<0.05);在观察组患者群体中,提示PAT的体积越大则冠状动脉狭窄情况越严重,同时受侵袭的血管数量也和PAT体积有直接联系。结论:对冠状动脉患者应用双源CT定量测定手段检查,相对于经皮冠状动脉造影检查能够更加准确的判断病变状态,患者接受程度更高。Objective To observe the value of quantitative detection of pericardial fat(PAT)by dual-source CT in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The subjects were the patients with coronary heart disease and non-coronary heart disease in our hospital.From 2018 to 2019,80 patients were randomly selected from each group and set up as observation group and control group.The volume of PAT was measured by dual-source CT in both groups.The clinical data of two groups were summarized to understand.The clinical guiding effect of this method on coronary heart disease.Results In terms of PAT volume,the average volume data of patients in the observation group were significantly larger than those in the control group and had statistical significance(P<0.05);In the observation group,the larger the volume of PAT,the more serious the coronary artery stenosis,and the number of invaded vessels was directly related to the volume of PAT.Conclusion Compared with percutaneous coronary angiography,dual-source CT can more accurately determine the status of coronary artery lesions,and patients have a higher acceptance.
